Aims: To seminate and survey some of the recent developments on value distribution theory and its applications to functional or differential equations, unicity and factorization of meromorphic functions or mappings,complex dynamics, as well as results relating to number theory.

Proceedings: The manuscripts will be refereed and published in ¡°Analysis in theory and applications¡±.

Workshop building: Academic Center of Shandong University is located on a beach near Shandong University(Weihai Branch). You may swim there.

Accommodation: About 50$(per day, double room).

Transportation: Please arrive Weihai for this workshop shortly before or on 23th, July 2007 directly! You might come to Weihai by train or airplane! Should you come here by airplane, we sincerely suggest you take the flight arriving in Yantai Laishan Airport(YNT) and then come to Weihai by bus, since only flights from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are available to Weihai directly!
